This is my attempt at a food diary, one where I write down every morsel that touches my lips (and every speck that comes back up.) There will also be some random thinspo and quotes.

 Today (June 25 2012)

 10 French Fries (112 Calories)
 2 Sweet Teas (70 Calories)
 1 Fruit and Nut Bar (140 Calories)
 4 pieces of peanut butter and celery (100 Calories)
 3 apples with caramel (110 Calories)
 15 pretzel thins (140 Calories)
 1 Cane's Box (no slaw extra sauce)(832 Calories)

 Total Calories - 1504

 Wish I would have purged or something. Oh well, this is my last big day, I hope my fat ass enjoyed it. Tomorrows goal is 500 Calories and only diet sodas. And no french fries from the friers where I work. Fried foods are out, basically all that can stay is the Fruit and Nut Bar, the apples, and the celery (without toppings this time of course.)
